Just Skills Hub Launched at COP 26

SkillLab is proud to announce that we will work with the United Nations High-Level Champions for Global Climate Action and other stakeholders to co-create and develop the Just Skills Hub. The Hub aims to convene the relevant stakeholders of the green transition to support inclusive workforce transitions in the race to a more resilient, healthy, and zero carbon economy. By empowering workers and informing policymakers and businesses with skills pathways, the Hub will leverage user-generated data to inform and develop tools to guide workers.

Clear pathways for skills and technology allow us to accelerate the race to zero emissions in energy and industry. The Just Skills Hub and it’s partners can leverage data tools to create these pathways and inform better policy and business planning, today.
Nigel Topping, UN High-Level Climate Action Champion

SkillLab is the technical partner of the Just Skills Hub. We will participate in the co-creation of a strategy to collect worker-generated data to develop pathways for workers in declining jobs and equip workers with the skills for a green economy. The Hub aims to create the informational environment to ensure that the green transition is inclusive and offers everyone a pathway to employment.

If you are a stakeholder and want to empower workers in the green transition, register your interest.
