New team additions in January 2021

SkillLab is growing and we want to introduce you to the January additions to the team:

Ludger Weller is joining us as Director of Key Accounts & Partnerships. He will add more than 25 years of experience in the employment service sector and matching technologies with Randstad, WCC-group and others.

Beatriz Ribeiro will drive our UX research and UX design. Previously, she worked as a product researcher with DocPlanner. Beatriz will ensure that we maintain our user focus on the path to let everyone take their next step towards employment. 

Arthur Fioravante Chiba completed his MBA at INSEAD and is now working with our Impact Team on international projects and key accounts. Since heading AIESEC, he has been working in human resources development and will head SkillLab projects in LatAm and other regions. 

Upeksha Amarasinghe is joining the product team as Senior Data Scientist and will concentrate on the skill and career recommendations made to users. Before joining SkillLab, she was lead data scientist on myplanext.com, a MaRS and Google financed project on career navigation to increase the resilience to automation. 

Rami Sharaf will be working with the impact team during spring to reach out to potential partner organisations in the Middle-East and North Africa. His work over the last years with Catholic Relief Services and many other non-profits enabled him to become specialist in migration and livelihoods.
